VIMS issued today a statement, announcing that the company is going to investigate and take legal action against malicious comments and privacy intrusion of its talents, particularly Yuki Kaji that recently has been under scrutiny on social media by some of his “fans” after announcing his marriage.
According to VIMS, rumors have surfaced on social media on Yuki Kaji‘s alleged past relationships, cases of infidelity, between many other private matters. The company strongly rebuked all rumors, mentioning that those are not facts but slander.
The company mentions that this behavior is affecting Kaji, damaging him physical and psychologically and asks people to stop contributing for further damaging his image.
VIMS is working with Gladiator Law Office in Tokyo to investigate the case.
VIMS conclude their statement mentioning that the company is going to proceed in the same way if any slander or malicious comments are made on any of the talents signed with them.
