Lantis’ biggest seiyuu artist talents Shugo Nakamura, Tasuku Hatanaka and Makoto Furukawa grace the main cover of TV Guide VOICE STARS vol.31.

Shugo Nakamura, Tasuku Hatanaka and Makoto Furukawa grace the main cover of TV Guide VOICE STARS vol.31 (Amazon Japan and regular covers).

This issue will hit stores on 27/09/2024.

The main cover is the following for each edition:

The cover features Shugo Nakamura, Tasuku Hatanaka, and Makoto Furukawa, who are not only prominent voice actors but also actively involved in their own music careers.

These three, who are of the same generation and label mates, will be performing at the three-man concert Lantis MENS GIG “A.C.E.” 2024 on Sunday, October 13, at Zepp Shinjuku.

To commemorate this event, they are featured in a 20-page special spread. The concert, originally scheduled for 2020 but canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is finally happening after four years.

In a 10,000-word cross-talk discussion, they talk about their excitement to perform, each other’s charm as voice actors and artists, and what it means to carry the title of “voice actor-artist” under the theme, “Why do voice actors sing?” The special also includes an exclusive roundtable discussion with the music staff who support them.

The issue also features Kent Ito and Koutaro Nishiyama, who traveled together to Seoul, South Korea, for the documentary series Ore Tabi! Season 2 (airing on tvk and others) starting in October.

Wataru Hatano and Takuya Sato, hosts of the long-running radio show Hatano Wataru & Sato Takuya’s Scat Babys Show!!, which recently surpassed 400 episodes, also make an appearance.

Additionally, the cast of Supplementary Lecture BoysYusuke Kobayashi, Masato Toyoshima, Hayato Dojima, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Fumiya Imai—participate in a themed photoshoot.

Also featured in this issue are:

  • Shunichi Toki
  • Toshiya Miyata x Kensho Ono
  • Ryohei Kimura’s serialization corner “Sake and Tears and Ryohei”
  • Shugo Nakamura
  • Fumiya Imai
