The Tsukiuta franchise is back with new music. Cast changes and details on the first release were announced today.

Tsukiuta‘s members are going to participate in the franchise’s new solo series. The franchise resumes their activities after a long hiatus related to Yoshimasa Hosoya‘s vocal condition (underwent treatment for his throat in 2017).

According to an official post on Tsukiuta’s website, Arata Uduki – member of Six Gravity – is going to have double cast. Yoshimasa Hosoya will step down from singing and is replaced by koyomi, frontman for the rock bands Re:ply and Sakuramen.

koyomi confirmed on his personal twitter account that he’ll be in charge of singing as Arata starting from this new solo series.

To avoid any misunderstandings, Tsukipro confirmed that Hosoya is still part of the cast and will continue to voice Arata for any drama CDs within the Tsukiuta franchise.

At the same time, Tsukipro announced a total of 12 releases for this new series. This 4th series kicks off this December. Details on the first release are out.

Tsukiuta Character CD・4th Season① is scheduled to be released on 28/12/2018. This release is performed by Six Gravity‘s Shiwasu Kakeru (Yuki Kaji). Kisaragi Koi (Toshiki Masuda) joins this release for the drama part.

The tracklist is the following:

1.DRAMA①日常と、夢と
2.DRAMA②そうだ、クリスマスパーティーをしよう!
3.Moonshot!!
4.Moonshot!! -off vocal-

A short preview of “Moonshot!!” was released on Tsukipro’s official youtube channel.

Additional details on this release are going to be unveiled in the upcoming weeks. Be on the look out for more updates.
