Tsubasa Yonaga to reduce activities due to Dysphonia

Tsubasa Yonaga, popular seiyuu and singer best known for his work in the IDOLiSH7 and Utapri franchises, is going to reduce his activities to treat, as mentioned by himself in a series of posts on his personal Twitter account, Dysphonia that he has had since late 2018.

This is a voice disorder / medical condition in which it becomes difficult to speak and the quality of the voice deteriorates – sounding breathy, raspy, strained, or even changing pitch – due to abnormalities in the vocal cords.

He thanked fans for their continuous support and assured them that he will attend all scheduled events and all projects in which he lent his voice will not be canceled.

This will only be temporary as Yonaga is working towards a full recovery.

We wish Tsubasa Yonaga a swift and complete recovery. For those on Twitter please shower Yonaga with love. His official Twitter account is in the link below.

On another note: Yonaga recently announced the release of his 1st photobook. Please refer to THIS article for more details.
