Trignal Announces Release of New Mini-Album “Ironna Katachi”

Trignal Ironna katachi

After a 5 year hiatus without releasing new music, Trignal has finally announced their comeback with a new mini-album.

Kiramune has confirmed that Trignal, popular seiyuu unit consisting of Ryohei Kimura, Tsubasa Yonaga and Takuya Eguchi, is ready for a comeback after a 5-year hiatus (without releasing new music).

Ironna Katachi” (イロンナカタチ) is scheduled to be released on 22/11/2023. It’ll be available in regular and limited editions.

The cover art is the following for each edition:

  • Trignal Ironna Katachi regular edition
  • Trignal Ironna Katachi limited edition

This will be a follow-up to the stellar mini-album “tricolore“, released in 2018.

The tracklist is going to include a total of 6 new songs. It is the following:

1 - CHASE THE DESTINY
2 - たしかに僕らは
3 - いろあい
4 - Honey Ready Go!!!(rearrangement version)
5 - INFIORATA
6 - 言わばひとつのラブソング

A snippet of the music video for “Iwaba Hitotsu no Love song” (言わばひとつのラブソング) is out!

The highlight medley is out. Check it out in the video below!

The contents for each edition are the following:

  • Regular: CD only
  • Limited: CD + Blu-ray (music video + Making of + Bonus Footage + Trailer) + Changeable Jacket Card + Special Case + Acrylic Stand using newly taken photos (1 design)

Note that, in 2019, Tsubasa Yonaga announced that he had been struggling with dysphonia – voice disorder / medical condition in which it becomes difficult to speak and the quality of the voice deteriorates – since late 2018 and as such, he would be reducing his activities as a voice actor.

That led Yonaga to cancel appearances for Uta no Prince Sama’s live shows and have his singing parts in IDOLiSH7 reduced to a bare minimum to avoid straining his voice. Trignal soon went on a hiatus as Yonaga focused on his recovery.

During Trignal’s hiatus, Takuya Eguchi made a solo debut in 2021 with the mini-album “EGUISM“.

Ironna Katachi” is available for purchase at CDJAPAN. You can also purchase this CD at Amazon Japan (they ship internationally).
