高塚智人ファンミーティング 2021 ～星と永遠～ (Tomohito Takatsuka Fan Meeting 2021 ~ Hoshi to Eien ~) is going to be livestreamed on Streaming+ on 01/11/2021 at 20h00 JST.

This is the first time Takatsuka holds a fan meeting event.
