The Count of Monte Cristo musical reading play is postponed

Le Comte de Monte Cristo musical reading play

The Count of Monte Cristo gets its musical reading play adaptation. The event was recently postponed.

A musical reading play adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ classic The Count of Monte Cristo was going to be livestreamed via Animeteleto on 24/01/2021.

Unfortunately, the livestream was recently postponed due to the recent measures enforced in Japan to prevent the further spread of Covid-19.

While the date of the livestream will change you can still count with the following cast for when it’s possible to hold this musical reading play.

The cast is the following:

  • Shinichiro Kamio as Edmond Dantès
  • Shiori Mikami as Mercedes
  • Eiji Takeuchi as Napoleon, Priest Fario, + other characters
  • Rikuya Yasuda as Fernand + other characters
  • Masahiro Yamanaka as Danglars + other characters
  • Yoshiaki Hasegawa as Judge Vilfall + other characters
