SparQlew‘s 1st solo tour is cancelled. However, not all is bad news, the talented quintet is going to hold a special no-audience live in August.
SparQlew Live Tour 2020 cancellation
Kiramune confirmed that SparQlew Live Tour 2020, the quintet’s first ever live tour, is cancelled.
Kiramune cites the ongoing situation with Coronavirus in Japan and the impossibility to have a safe environment for both the group, its staff and the fans as the reasons behind the cancellation.
For reference, these were the dates of the tour, now cancelled:
- 08/08/2020 at Maihama Amphitheater in Chiba
- 09/08/2020 at Maihama Amphitheater in Chiba
- 15/08/2020 at Orix Theater in Osaka
- 16/08/2020 at Orix Theater in Osaka

SparQlew Live Stream “Breath” no-audience live
At the same time Kiramune announced that SparQlew are going to hold a special, no-audience live titled SparQlew Live Stream “Breath” on 09/08/2020 at 19h00 JST. To watch this live, you’ll have to purchase a ticket.
Then, on 15/08/2020 at 15h00 JST, SparQlew are going to hold SparQlew Live Stream “Breath” audio commentary and after talk. Tickets for this event are also going to be available for purchase.
On another note: SparQlew are going to release their 2nd full-length album, evergreen, this month.
