Popular seiyuu and SparQlew member Shun Horie is featured on Weekly TV Guide‘s January 17, 2025 issue, scheduled to hit stores on 08/01/2025.
Shun Horie, who appears in “Make a Girl”, will be featured in the Weekly TV Guide January 17, 2025 Issue!
The designs for the four types of exclusive purchase bonus photos, showcasing a “side rarely seen,” have also been revealed!
Those are the following:

The first feature-length anime project directed by internationally acclaimed animation creator Yasuda Gensho, “Make a Girl”, is set to premiere on January 31, 2025.
Shun Horie, who plays the role of Akira Mizutame, will appear in the voice actor column “Koisuru Voice!” in the Weekly TV Guide January 17, 2025 Issue (released on January 8, with exceptions in some regions).
Additionally, an exclusive promotion is available through Animate Online Store, where purchasers of the Kanto edition of the issue will receive a bonus photo of Shun Horie.
Horie’s costume in the shoot takes inspiration from his character Akira Mizutame, who wears orange and black clothing.
The bonus photos include four unique designs: a striking shot with Horie wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, a photo featuring colorful lights and electrical cords inspired by Akira’s robot research, a stylish glasses shot reflecting Akira’s look, and more. Buyers can choose one of those four designs.
Comment from Shun Horie
“I had a great time shooting in an edgy studio with a cool atmosphere. The orange outfit, turtleneck, and tinted sunglasses were all styles I don’t usually wear, so it was a rare and valuable experience. I usually only wear clear-lens sunglasses for UV protection, but tinted lenses take a bit more confidence to pull off, so I think these photos show a rarely-seen side of me. It’s definitely a unique set of photos!”
