Showtaro Morikubo is back with a new single and live DVD

Showtaro Morikubo is back after one year away from the music scene. For the first time releasing double title tracks, Morikubo brings the follow up to last years’ “PHANTOM PAIN“. At the same time Lantis announced the release of Phase 6, live DVD from this years’ tour “Shin Ra Ban Shou – Phase 6“.

More details regarding both releases below. 

TRUTH/CANVAS“, is scheduled to be released on 07/12/2016, available in a single CD + DVD edition. Both “TRUTH” and “CANVAS” are going to be featured as opening and ending themes respectively for playstation vita’s adventure game “Side Kicks” in which Morikubo lends his voice to one of the characters.

There are no details regarding the complete tracklist or cover art so far.

The other announcement of the day was Morikubo‘s new live DVD titled “Morikubo Shotaro Live Tour – Shin Ra Ban Shou – Phase 6“. This DVD counts with this years’ show held at Stellar Hall back in May.

Morikubo Shotaro Live Tour – Shin Ra Ban Shou – Phase 6” is set to be released on 07/12/2016 and won’t be available in blu-ray.

The dvd comes with a first come, first served bonus on CDJAPAN:

Information regarding the tracklist will be unveiled in the following months.

TRUTH/CANVAS is already available for pre-order on CDJAPAN for all overseas fans.
