Shouta Aoi parts ways with S Inc. and goes freelance

After 11 years represented by S Inc., Shouta Aoi has decided to part ways and forge a new path for himself as a freelance seiyuu/stage actor.

The talented seiyuu, singer, and stage actor Shouta Aoi has announced his departure from S Inc, talent agency that represented him for 11 years.

Aoi wrote a heartfelt letter thanking S Inc. for being there for him at the start of his career and telling fans what his next steps are after his departure from the talent agency. Now is a new chapter for him as he goes freelance, still with the same passion and commitment he’s been showing since his debut.

He kindly asks his fans to continue to support him in this new adventure of his.

As of 15/10/2022, Aoi is a freelance voice actor/stage actor. There will be minor details changing to his fanclub – namely those managing it – but other than that, nothing will change as Aoi will still be active as a voice actor, stage actor, and singer (still signed to KING RECORDS).

For more details, including the complete announcement in Japanese, please refer to Aoi’s official website (link below).

Time to say: best of luck with this new adventure, Aoi!

On another note: Shouta Aoi recently released the digital single PSYCHO:LOGY and will be kicking off a new live tour in 2023 titled “LIVE 2023 WONDER lab. Garden“.
