New week, new Oricon Weekly roundup. This time around there is not a single male seiyuu/2.5D unit album charting in the top 50 Oricon Weekly hence this weekly summary is going to focus solely on single releases.

This article covers the third week of November – which includes singles/albums released between 20/11/2017 and 26/11/2017.

Oricon Weekly Single ranking

NEW ENTRY: Mezzo “Dear Butterfly”

IDOLiSH7‘s sub-unit, Mezzo enter Oricon Weekly chart after releasing their stunning ballad single “Dear Butterfly“. The single was well received with 9.410 copies sold on its first week of sales, earning them a comfortable #12 on this chart.

NEW ENTRY: Wataru Hatano “KING & QUEEN”

Wataru Hatano made his comeback with the jazzy single “KING & QUEEN“. The single is currently being used as the theme song for Dance with Devils Fortuna, movie currently in theatres in Japan.

The single quickly entered top 30 on Oricon Weekly with a total of 3.908 copies. “KING & QUEEN” is currently at #24.

NEW ENTRY: KUROFUNE “Future Voyager/Whole New World”

KUROFUNE, unit part of the Dream Festival franchise, released the single “Future Voyager/Whole New World” and quickly grabbed a solid place on this chart. The single occupies #22 with 4.770 copies sold.

Idolmaster SideM “Reason!!” continues to impress

After topping Oricon Daily and achieving the impressive #2 on last week’s Oricon Weekly rankings, Idolmaster SideM‘s “Reason!!” dropped two places to #4. The single has currently the impressive amount of over 80.000 copies sold in two weeks.

Utapri’s “Shining Romance/FORCE LIVE” slips

After an impressive week sat at #3 on Oricon Weekly, Utapri‘s “Shining Romance/FORCE LIVE” slipped on the chart and is now at #20. The single has sold over 50.000 copies in two weeks.
