Oricon Weekly | Utapri, Shun Shimotsuki and more top this week’s charts

Back with a new Oricon Weekly roundup.

This article covers the 5th week of August – which includes singles and albums released between 30/08/2021 and 05/09/2021.

A note that this week there were no albums by male seiyuu and 2D groups ranking within Oricon’s Top 50.

Let’s take a look at the data.

Oricon Weekly Singles Ranking

ST☆RISH and QUARTET NIGHT “Shining All Star CD 3″

ST☆RISH and QUARTET NIGHT‘s 11th anniversary CD “Shining All Star CD3″, slips from #4 to #12.

The single sold 3,732 copies in the past week (over 48,000 copies sold cumulatively).

The IDOLM@STER franchise’s 16th anniversary special single “VOY@GER” rises on the chart after a solid week of sales.

The single jumps from #28 to #26 after selling 1,132 copies.

Shun Shimotsuki “Aya o Ushinau”

Shun Shimotsuki (CV: Ryohei Kimura)’s “Aya o Ushinau” drops from #24 to #27. The single sold 1,071 copies in the past week.

If there aren’t sales figures on the prints posted, it’s because the music label behind that artist doesn’t want to disclose that information.

It happens often with the Daily rankings. The Oricon charts depicted here only count physical copies. Digital figures are featured on a different chart.
