NEW ENTRY: Uncle Bomb enter the chart on top 15

Uncle Bomb entered the Oricon Weekly chart with their mini-album “No Way, But“. The duo’s playful sound sold them 4.100 physical copies, earning them a #14 spot on an extremelly difficult week to chart – filled with popular K-Pop acts on it.

This is the highest the duo has ever charted on Oricon Weekly (previous record was held by “Two-sides” on #17).

HEAVENS keep on slipping on the chart

Three weeks later, HEAVENS‘ “Heaven Sky” is still charting but keeps on losing ground to the top spots. This week the mini-album dropped from #43 to #50.

NEW ENTRY: Idolmaster SideM sell over 60.000 copies on the first week of sales

Idolmaster SideM‘s “Reason!!” topped the Oricon Daily Charts as soon as it was released. The single went on a fantastic run, never letting go of the top 5 spots on Oricon Daily during its first week on the chart.

After a week on Oricon, the single registered over 60.000 copies sold, earning them the impressive #2 spot on Oricon Weekly. This single even managed to reach the coveted #1 on Oricon Daily on 19/11/2017.

NEW ENTRY: Utapri shows popularity with another top 3 spot

Just like Idolmaster SideM, Utapri‘s new release “Shining Romance/FORCE LIVE” shot straight to the top spots on Oricon Daily as soon as it was released. This release once again showed how popular the Uta no Prince Sama franchise really is in Japan. “Shining Romance/FORCE LIVE” sold a total of 44.786 copies after once week of sales, earning them a #3 on Oricon Weekly.

NEW ENTRY: MAD TRIGGER CREW leave their mark

MAD TRIGGER CREW, rap crew coming from Hypnosis Mic large scale rap battle project, are the first ones of the franchise to rank within top 50 on its first week of release. “BAYSIDE M.T.C” received a warm response from fans both in physical and digital sales.

The crew’s first single ranks comfortably on #29 with 2.298 copies sold.

Ensemble stars!: Akatsuki and Ra*bits still charting within top 40

Ensemble Stars are once again on featured on the Oricon Chart. After both Akatsuki and Ra*bits releases ranked within top 15, both dropped to the top 40. Akatsuki and Ra*bits releases now occupy #30 and #38, respectively.

STYLE FIVE slip on the chart

After returning with a top 20 spot on Oricon Weekly, STYLE FIVE quickly dropped from it into #50. “FREE-STYLE SPIRIT” has over 6.000 physical copies sold.
