Oricon Weekly | Valkyrie, Switch and more top this week’s charts

Back with a new Oricon Weekly roundup.

This article covers the 2nd week of May – which includes singles and albums released between 09/05/2022 and 15/05/2022.

This week there were no singles by male seiyuu and 2D units ranking on Oricon’s Weekly Albums Chart.

Let’s take a look at the data.

Oricon Weekly Singles Ranking

NEW ENTRY: Valkyrie “ES Idol Song season2 Valkyrie”

Valkyrie‘s “ES Idol Song season2 Valkyrie” grabs a seat at #9 with 7,325 copies sold.

NEW ENTRY: Switch “ES Idol Song season2 Switch”

Ensemble Stars!! ES Idol Song season2 Switch

Following close behind is Switch‘s “ES Idol Song season2 Switch“. The single sold 3,970 copies, enough to grab a spot at #14.

NEW ENTRY: Mofumofuen “THE IDOLM@STER SideM GROWING SIGN@L 07 Mofumofuen”

Mofumofuen‘s entry in the GROWING SIGN@L CD series in the IDOLMASTER SideM franchise “THE IDOLM@STER SideM GROWING SIGN@L 07 Mofumofuen” sold 2,180 copies, enough for a spot at #21.

If there aren’t sales figures on the prints posted, it’s because the music label behind that artist doesn’t want to disclose that information.

It happens often with the Daily rankings. The Oricon charts depicted here only count physical copies. Digital figures are featured on a different chart.
