Oricon Weekly | HOUND ROAR and Takuya Eguchi top this week’s charts

Back with a new Oricon Weekly roundup.

This article covers the 1st week of May – which includes singles and albums released between 02/05/2022 and 08/05/2022.

This week there were no singles by male seiyuu and 2D units ranking on Oricon’s Weekly Singles Chart.

Let’s take a look at the data.

Oricon Weekly Albums Ranking

#11

NEW ENTRY: HOUND ROAR “PETAL”

HOUND ROAR takes its highest ranking on Oricon’s charts since its debut. “PETAL” takes a seat at #11 with 1,664 copies sold.

#22

Takuya Eguchi “EGURand”

Regular

Takuya Eguchi‘s 2nd mini-album “EGURand” slips on the chart. The mini-album dropped from #3 to #22 after selling 1,232 copies in the past week.

“EGURand” has over 14,000 copies sold in two weeks.

If there aren’t sales figures on the prints posted, it’s because the music label behind that artist doesn’t want to disclose that information.

It happens often with the Daily rankings. The Oricon charts depicted here only count physical copies. Digital figures are featured on a different chart.
