Oricon Monthly September’s final rankings are out.
Let’s take a look at the data.
Albums
#13
NEW ENTRY: IDOLiSH7 Collection Album vol.1
IDOLiSH7‘s first compilation album enters Oricon Monthly’s top 15 after a solid one week of sales (album was released in late September). With 22.290 copies sold in September, IDOLiSH7 Collection Album vol.1 jumps to #13 on Oricon’s Monthly Chart.
#17
NEW ENTRY: Disney Koe no Ouji Sama Voice Stars Dream Selection
Disney’s star studded new Koe no Ouji Sama cover album “Disney Koe no Ouji Sama Voice Stars Dream Selection” was one of the hottest releases in September. The album was a strong presence for two weeks on Oricon Weekly and, by the end of September, sits comfortably at #17 on Oricon Monthly.
#45
UNDEAD “Ensemble Stars! Album Series UNDEAD”
Despite its rather shy chart performance in September, UNDEAD‘s “Ensemble Stars! Album Series UNDEAD“ is featured once again on Oricon Monthly. The album, released in August, despite having left Oricon Weekly’s top 50 spots after just 2 weeks, still managed to grab a place on this month’s chart with a bit over 6.000 copies sold.
A month later and the album dropped from #7 to #45. Over 54.000 copies have been sold (cumulative) since its release.

#49
NEW ENTRY: Koji Yusa “io”
Koji Yusa‘s 50th anniversary CD “io” enters this chart after selling over 5.000 copies in September. The album is ranked at #49.
Singles
#36
NEW ENTRY: Yuma Uchida “Before Dawn”
Yuma Uchida‘s sophomore single “Before Dawn” might have showed a different side to Uchida‘s talents, yet it ended up under performing in the sales department (in comparison with his debut single that sold over 11.000 copies within its first week of sales). With a bit under 10.000 copies sold, Uchida‘s “Before Dawn” is ranked at #36 on Oricon Monthly.
