OLDCODEX “pledge” – Details unveiled

OLDCODEX are in the works for their comeback this April. The band consisting of seiyuu Tatsuhisa Suzuki and painter YORKE. is back with “pledge“, the band’s 3rd mini-album. After a powerful A Silent, within the Roar, the band promises more music and upped their ante in what seems so far to be an interesting release – the 1st single taken track taken from the mini-album already shows a lot of promise.

And how do we know this? The band has released their promotional video snippet on Youtube, announcing at the same the mini-album’s title. You can get a taste of OLDCODEX‘s track “Eyes in chase” here:

As reported earlier this month the mini-album is set to be released on 01/04/2015 – and no, it’s no April fools joke – and is available in a single CD + DVD edition.

The tracklist features six tracks including “Eyes in chase“, ”physical” and the title track “pledge“. More details regarding the full tracklist will be revealed a bit closer to its release. The DVD comes with the promotional video for “pledge“.

The cover art is still unknown but as soon as it’s unveiled we’ll provide it.

pledge” is available on CDJAPAN for all overseas fans.

  1. Actually, pledge is the album’s name. The name of the song in the preview is Eyes in chase (you can see it at the bottom of the video). The video’s only titled as such probably because this is the first preview we have of the album.
