Makoto Furukawa to grace the cover of VOICE Newtype

Makoto Furukawa is going to grace the cover of VOICE Newtype.

A couple of days ago, VOICE Newtype went to their official twitter account to tease their upcoming issue, asking who was the one on the photo. Fans instantly recognized the one on the photo as seiyuu/singer Makoto Furukawa.

Confirmation on Furukawa‘s first ever solo cover on a magazine came from Animate, that announced a special talk show to be held in September.

A preview of the photoshoot for this issue is included in the event’s promotional poster (click on the photo for HD version).

Furukawa is going to rock his first ever magazine cover thanks to VOICE Newtype NO.68, issue that hits the stores on 25/06/2018. This issue is still unavailable for pre-order at CDJAPAN.

On another note: Furukawa is going to make his solo debut with “miserable masquerade” in July. For more details on this release, including song snippets and a preview of the music video for the title track, please refer to THIS article.
