Lagrange Point to release debut single this summer

lagrange

Lagrange Point is the newest seiyuu unit around and they are making their debut this summer. This the second seiyuu unit under the wings of Japanese game label Rejet (mostly known for the Diabolik Lovers franchise), the other one being the rising seiyuu unit MARGINAL#4. Interesting enough Lagrange Point are related to that unit (Lagrange are Marginal#4 seniors) both units are featured in the same game for PSVita – Marginal#4 Idol of Supernova, to be released later this year. The single is scheduled to be released on 13/08/2014.

Talking about other relevant details: Lagrange Point are seiyuu Toshiyuki Toyonaga and stage actor/seiyuu Genki Okawa.

Toyonaga is already a well known name when it comes to the seiyuu business being the voice of several interesting characters throughout the years, most people might know him from being the voice of Durarara’s Ryugamine Mikado and most recently Kakeru Totsuka in Kamigami no Asobi; on the other side of the mic we have Genki Okawa, for many people he’s an unknown name in the seiyuu business having played few characters and sticking more to stage acting than to the anime universe hence that unfamiliarity with his name (to point out that he’s not a relatively new actor in the business).

Toshiyuki Toyonaga lends his voice to Lagrange Point’s Shy Makishima and Genki Okawa to Lagrange Point’s Kira Himuro.

Regarding the debut single there’s no information so far regarding its tracklist or the cover art. Already known is that the single will have three versions whose differences are only the cover art (Shy version, Kira version, Lagrange Point version) and the tracklist is 4 tracks total. No details regarding the bonuses either.

As soon as more information is available we’ll update this news.
