The GRANRODEO frontman and talented voice actor is going to release his first photobook in January 2023.

Kisho Taniyama is set to release his first photobook in 2023 in collaboration with renowned photographer, Leslie Kee.

Kisho Taniyama Photobook KROSS OVER (谷山紀章写真集 KROSS OVER) is scheduled to be released on 30/01/2023. The photobook is available in regular and amazon JAPAN editions.

The cover is the following for each edition:

Taniyama was photographed in Gotemba in Shizuoka and Mt. Fuji.

A couple of previews are out.

  • Kisho Taniyama Photobook
  • Kisho Taniyama 1st photobook 4
  • Kisho Taniyama Photobook 2
  • Kisho Taniyama 1st photobook 2
  • Kisho Taniyama 1st photobook 1
  • Kisho Taniyama 1st photobook 3

Taniyama commented “Recently, the number of photobooks of voice actors, regardless of gender, has increased, and along with that, stereotypes such as “This is what voice actors are like” are being born. I think that this will be a photobook that breaks down the stereotypes of voice actors and makes people think, “How can you go so far as a voice actor?!“.

He added “Publishing this (photobook) will expand the possibilities of the voice actor industry, give courage to voice actors of the same generation and make the fans think, “As expected of Kisho Taniyama!“.

I am proud that it will be a work that surpasses any voice actor photobook, and it is all thanks to Leslie. I would like as many people as possible to pick it up. I’m going to buy it too (laughs)!”.

More details on this photobook are going to be unveiled in the upcoming weeks.

Kisho Taniyama Photobook KROSS OVER is available for purchase at Amazon Japan (it ships internationally). You can also find it on CDJAPAN.
