Great news for the fans of the franchise, KING OF PRISM‘s anime adaptation is greenlit!
Today, at KING OF PRISM Rose Party 2018, it was announced that the franchise is greenlit for anime adaptation.

The event counted with live performances by Junta Terashima, Soma Saito, Taku Yashiro, Yuma Uchida, Masashi Igarashi, Takuma Nagatsuka, Tasuku Hatanaka, Shunsuke Takeuchi and Shouta Aoi.
Aside from the live performances, the event counted with a special live skit as well as the announcement that made fans of the franchise excited: anime adaptation. KING OF PRISM ROSE PARTY 2018 is going to be released on DVD and Blu-ray on 23/11/2018.
KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars- is expected to premiere in 2019 (spring season). It’s scheduled for 12 episodes. A teaser video was released today.
Four prologue movies titled “KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars” are scheduled to premiere between this and next year. More details on these can be found on KING OF PRISM‘s official website.
