Roughly, the synopsis is the following:

“The story takes place in 2030, year in which people can marry humanoid AI (artificial intelligence) robots. Kenichi Kumiki is a common salaryman that, in his life, failed to date a senior that he had longed for a couple of years.

Due to that, he decided to purchase a “beautiful girl AI equipped with a sexual intercourse function” as his wife and named it “Puru”. However, during their first night as a married couple, the AI refuses Kumiki’s advances, which prompted Kumiki to seek the developer of “Puru” to find a solution for the problem. Turns out that the AI has a defect and the settings cannot be changed, therefore it will continue to reject his advances. That is when the AI’s developer, Kaede Miyama, makes a surprising proposal to Kumiki…”

Kaji will be acting as Kenichi Kumiki, the drama’s lead character.
