Jun Fukuyama is going to be appear in the live-action series and movie “My Brother’s Friend“.
The news has been all over seiyuu media outlets, Jun Fukuyama is playing a role in “Ani tomo” (My Brother’s Friend), live-action series, adaptation of the shoujo manga with the same name, written by Akagawara Modomu.
Fukuyama plays the role of Hinosuke Tachibana, “Happy Dogs” café shop manager. The character is specialist in giving love advice. This is an original role created specifically for the live-action adaptation.
This is not Fukuyama‘s first venture in the small and silver screens. In 2009, the talented seiyuu played a role in the live-action adaptation of the romantic comedy, “My Girlfriend’s a Geek“.
The series started airing yesterday on MBS. A movie is planned to be released this summer. Fukuyama is confirmed to appear in the movie. For more details on it, please check the link below.
