Idolish 7 introduce dark and edgy new unit ŹOOĻ

In the middle of so many unit debuts, we find ŹOOĻ, an unconventional unit that is, and we state, “rooted in madness and destruction, a group that will threaten the idol world“.

ŹOOĻ consists of Yuuya Hirose, Takashi Kondo, Subaru Kimura, Koutaro Nishiyama. They are a group unlike any other in the Idolish 7 universe. Mature, dark and with an edgy sound, ŹOOĻ‘s debut is already one of the most anticipated for the second half of 2017. Just like all Idolish 7 units, ŹOOĻ is under Lantis.

Poisonous Gangster” is the group’s debut single. It is scheduled to be released on 30/08/2017, available in regular edition.

The tentative cover art is the following:

Several previews of the song can be find on Youtube. As soon as Lantis unveils an official preview video we’ll update this news.

Pre-orders on CDJAPAN come with a first come, first served bonus:

Details regarding the final cover art and tracklist will be unveiled in the upcoming weeks.

On another note: Idolish 7 anime was greenlit this year. There’s no set date for premiere but it’s rumored for Spring 2018 (shoujo anime is more common during this season), avoiding this Fall’s battle between Dynamic Chord and TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION.

Poisonous Gangster” is already available for pre-order on CDJAPAN for all overseas fans.
