Hypnosis Mic: Fling Posse wins the 2nd Division Rap Battle + to release single in 2022

After a hard-fought 2nd Division Rap Battle series, Fling Posse takes the crown. Details on their winner’s single are out.

≪2nd D.R.B≫ Final Battle result presentation was livestreamed via AbemaTV (region-locked) on November 28, 2021.

All members of Buster Bros!!!, MAD TRIGGER CREW, Matenro, Fling Posse, Dotsuitare Hompo, and Bad Ass Temple were in attendance.

The final battle in the 2nd Division Rap Battle series pitied Buster Bros!!! VS Matenro VS Fling Posse in a unique “SHOWDOWN“.

During the final battle, Fling Posse led the way without once dropping from their spot (winning the VR battle as well).

As the broadcast came to a close it was announced that Fling Posse (CV: Yusuke Shirai, Soma Saito, and Yukihiro Nozuyama) are the winners of the 2nd Division Rap Battle, taking the title of “CHAMPION” from Matenro (winner of the 1st Division Rap Battle).

Fling Posse (130346 votes) won the Final Battle in the 2nd Division Rap Battle series after beating Matenro (101981 votes) and Buster Bros!!! (115227 votes) in a 3-way battle that included live show votes + CD votes + VR battle.

The winner to release a special single

Fling Posse is going to release a victory CD on 16/03/2022.

The cover art is the following:

The composer/producer for Fling Posse’s new song is the renowned rapper/producer KREVA.

The single will include Fling Posse’s winner’s song as well as a song featuring all 6 leaders.

The tentative tracklist is the following:

More details on this single are going to be unveiled in the upcoming weeks.
