The intense battles in the 2nd Division Rap Battle series led to interesting provisional results. However, there’s still the VR Battle left to decide which crews advance to the Final Battle.
Hypnosis Mic’s 2nd Battle CD series kicked off in February 2021 and counted with 3 battles:
- 24/02/2021 (First battle): Dotsuitare Hompo (Osaka) vs Buster Bros!!! (Ikebukuro)
- 10/03/2021 (Second battle): Bad Ass Temple (Nagoya) vs Matenro (Shinjuku)
- 24/03/2021 (Third battle): Fling Posse (Shibuya) vs MAD TRIGGER CREW (Yokohama)
The battles were complemented with live shows held in January and February 2021 and a VR Battle (kicking off on May 1, 2021).
Votes using the serial code in the CDs + votes from those that had tickets for the live shows, all counted for the provisional results (NOT FINAL) announced today during a special broadcast via AbemaTV.

There’s an additional component (the 3rd voting method) to have into account to decide which crews advance to the final: the VR battle.
Starting on May 1, 2021, tickets for “Hypnosis mic -Division Rap Battle- VR BATTLE << 2nd D.R.B >>“, will be available for purchase at INSPIX WORLD.
This VR battle counts with a set of performances in which 3D modeled division members will show off a rap battle in a virtual space.
Ticket purchasers will be sent a serial code for the third voting part of 2nd D.R.B. Of course, those who have installed the app (links available on the official website) can purchase tickets and watch from the browser as well.
