Hi!Superb, 2.5D unit created by LOVE&ART (behind B-PROJECT), has announced a special Halloween event. The announcement was made after the end of “VIVA!Hi!SupSUMMER“, event held at Shinjuku RenY in Tokyo on 05/08/2018.
