Following the announcement of the end of distribution of ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! AAside arrive 4 new pieces of news.
These have been some rollercoaster 24 hours for fans of the franchise.
After yesterday’s announcement that ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! AAside will end distribution on January 31, 2022, it’s time for another twist, an important one for the franchise itself.
A new company
Today, it was announced that a new company Argonavis Co., Ltd. was established, now housing the ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! franchise.
Argonavis Co., Ltd. is now a subsidiary of Bushiroad and while it will keep having the support from the parent label it’ll also have more freedom to explore different things (a result of not being under a direct hold from Bushiroad) and will focus exclusively on this project.
At the same time, it was announced that the voice actor and Argonavis guitarist, Daisuke Hyuga was appointed as the company’s public relations officer.
A new name
Additionally, ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream is no longer the name of the franchise. As the project is now under a different company, the project changed its name to from ARGONAVIS.
That change was immediate, with all social media accounts connected to the project now sporting the new franchise name.
3 official fanclubs
It was also announced that the from ARGONAVIS franchise is going to open 3 fanclubs.
Those are the following:
- NAVIGATORS’NAVI (fanclub for fans of all bands)
- Argonavis FC -Pier-
- GYROAXIA FC -GEAR-
Pre-registration is already open for all fanclubs.
