Happy Elements cancel Ensemble Stars! Fan Meeting Tour

Happy Elements announced the cancellation of TV Anime Ensemble Stars! Fan Meeting Tour.

The streak of bad news for anime and male seiyuu fans continues.

TVアニメあんさんぶるスターズ!Fan Meeting Tour (TV Anime Ensemble Stars! Fan Meeting Tour), series of events that were going to take place in 3 different locations within Japan, is now cancelled.

TV Anime Ensemble Stars! Fan Meeting Tour was highly anticipated due to the franchise’s popularity, the scale of the event and its star-studded cast – which would, for the very first time since the franchise kicked off, count with 2wink (Soma Saito) in attendance.

Unfortunately, Happy Elements released an official statement on Twitter – as well available on Ensemble Stars! official website – in which they announce the cancellation of the event due to how risky it would be for male seiyuu, staff and fans to be in the same place whilst still trying to respect social distancing measures.

To ensure the safety of everyone involved, the 3 stops in the Fan Meeting Tour are cancelled.

Happy Elements mentioned that they are working on creating something different – nothing confirmed at the moment -, but the lineup might be drastically different.
