DIG-ROCK bring exciting news for their fans. A new CD series and the 1st band mini-albums are the newest bits of information unveiled.
Introduction
DIG-ROCK is a 2D rock music franchise created by TEAM Entertainment in 2019. The franchise branches out from the drama CD series, MintLip. This is a mixed media project that incorporates music with drama CDs.
DIG-ROCK counts with 2 rock bands of different backgrounds and sound.
So far, each band has released 3 singles and made 2 entries in the DUEL ROCK FES series that occupied a big part of 2020.
Meet the bands
RUBIA Leopard is a popular rock band within the franchise. It is fronted by AKANE (CV: Makoto Furukawa) and counts with guitarist KURONO (CV: Kaito Ishikawa), bassist MASHIRO (CV: Takuya Sato) and drummer HAIJI (CV: Natsuki Hanae).
So far, the band released the following songs:
Impish Crow is an indie rock band fronted by TSUGUMI (CV: Yuma Uchida) with guitarist TOKI (CV: Takuya Eguchi), bassist MITSURU (CV: Wataru Hatano) and drummer HIBARI (CV: Shinnosuke Tachibana).
So far, the band released the following songs:
Band Mini-albums
It was announced during DIG-ROCK ーDIZZY GIGー, no-audience event held on September 6, 2020, that RUBIA Leopard and Impish Crow are going to release their 1st band mini-albums.
Impish Crow are going to release Faith on 16/12/2020, available in regular edition.
The tentative tracklist is the following:

New CD series
And since the DUEL FES series just recently wrapped up, the DIG-ROCK franchise has great news for their fans.
A new CD series is going to kick off this Fall.
Blue x Red will count with 2 releases – one for RUBIA Leopard and another for Impish Crow.
The release dates and titles are the following:
- 04/11/2020 – Impish Crow “DIG-ROCK ―BLUE― Type：IC”
- 25/11/2020 – RUBIA Leopard “DIG-ROCK ―RED― Type：RL”
A promotional video is out.
