The talented voice actor, actor and singer gets his first leading role on the small screen.
Chiharu Sawashiro stars alongside actress Rena Takeda in the TV Tokyo comedy mystery drama 声優探偵 (Seiyuu Tantei).
The TV drama is set to start airing in Japan on 05/03/2021. A total of 4 episodes (30 minutes of length) are planned to air for 4 consecutive weeks.
The TV drama follows the seiyuu crime solving adventures of a former voice actor turned detective portrayed by Chiharu Sawashiro, a rookie detective that is a voice actor otaku portrayed by Rena Takeda and the dummyhead equipped with A.I (artificial intelligence) voiced by Natsuki Hanae.
Narration for the drama is done by the veteran seiyuu and narrator, Kiyoshi Kobayashi.
Yuma Uchida‘s “Spin a Roulette” is going to be featured as the theme song for this series.
