B-PROJECT’s 3rd Anime Season to Premiere in October 2023

3 years since the first announcement, the B-PROJECT franchise has confirmed that the 3rd anime season will premiere in October 2023.

Originally announced during THRIVE’s 2nd live – MUSIC DRUGGER – back in 2020, B-PROJECT has finally confirmed when its 3rd anime season is going to premiere.

B-PROJECT ~Netsuretsu* Love Call~ (B-PROJECT ~熱烈*ラブコール~) is the title of the 3rd season, set to start airing in Japan on October 2023.

This season will fit right after the 1st anime season – B-Project: Koudou Ambitious (2016) – and 2nd season – B-Project: Zecchou Emotion (2019) -, all produced by Bandai Namco Pictures and animated by A1 Pictures.

The anime will feature a new unit named ULTRAS. The duo features vocals by Kent Ito (as Bunta Kashiwagi) and Tasuku Hatanaka (as Eisuke Kurata).

What is B-PROJECT?

B-PROJECT (or B-PRO) is a mixed-media project collaboration between producer and popular J-pop artist Takanori Nishikawa (T.M. Revolution) and original creator and lead planner, ChiyoMaru Shikura.

The project launched in 2015 and has spawned 2 anime series, more than 30 music and drama CDs, 1 smartphone game, and a Nintendo Switch game.
