B-PROJECT’s groups go back to the Edo Period for the newest drama + music CD series “AMBITIOUS LEGEND”.
B-PROJECT‘s units – Kitakore, THRIVE, MooNs, and KiLLER KiNG – are back for a new drama CD + music series in September 2023.
The synopsis is the following:
—The setting is the end of the Edo period. During this turbulent era, conflicts arose across the country as various factions vied for control of the political center.
The Shinsengumi, an organization formed to maintain the peace and order of Kyoto and effectively aligned with the Tokugawa shogunate, encountered a group of revolutionaries who held different ideals, led by Shinsaku Takasugi.
To investigate the growing influence of the Shinsengumi in Kyoto, Genzui Kusaka, also a revolutionary, decides to send Rikugetsu and Satsuki as spies. Meanwhile, the Shinsengumi begins to grow wary of suspicious activities by the revolutionary faction, and tensions escalate between the two organizations.
This is a tale that chronicles the shining brilliance of those who remained samurai until the end and those who sought to forge a new era.
All groups turn into different historical characters in the 2 drama CDs scheduled to be released.
